These can cost as little as £25k for an existing pre-owned home.

Newly built homes cost from approximately £90k for a single unit, or £120k for a twin. Prices depend on the model and specification of the home and also the landscaping requirements of the pitch. We can deal with any manufacturer as long as the home is a ‘Park Home’ built to BS 3632. 

We cannot take static holiday homes or lodges onto the park, even if they are built to ‘residential specification’.

Between £106 - £160 per calendar month depending on the pitch.
Parking for your first car is free, second cars are charged £4.98 per month.
Pitch fees increase by the rate of inflation on the 1st of March each year.

Electricity

We buy electricity and sell it to you at cost. Every pitch is metered and we send you a bill each quarter.

Water

Pitches with water meters receive a quarterly bill for water used and pay the fixed charges (rainwater and highways drainage) with the pitch fees.
Unmetered pitches pay a fixed amount per month to cover the fixed charges and water used.

Gas

There are various local companies who supply gas bottles to the park.

Telephone

All the homes on the park can have a landline telephone.

Utilities


Currently all homes on the park pay Band A council tax.
