No, this is a fully residential park where you are protected by law to live all year round as your main residence.
Is there an age limit on my home?
No, your home can stay on the park for as long as it remains in serviceable condition. A new park home should have a lifespan of at least 50 years, though it could last considerably longer if it is well maintained.
Is there an age limit for people living on the park?
Yes, you must be 55 or over to live on the park. Younger people are allowed to stay with you as long as they are just visiting.
Do I need the park owners permission to sell my home?
No, you may sell your home on the open market at any time, you must however make sure the buyer is able to comply with the park rules, for example they must be over 55. There is also a commission of 10% of the sale price payable to the park owner.
