Alderlee Park is a fully residential park home site, where residents benefit from living under the protection of the Mobile Homes Act, meaning you have security of tenure and the right to live in your home all year round. It is ideal for people who are retired or approaching retirement, who wish to downsize and release capital from selling their property. There is a minimum age limit of 55 for people who wish to live on the park.

The park is located on the edge of Southport and is owned and operated by Turning Lane Farm, which has belonged to the same family for over 150 years. It is quiet and secluded, and is accessed by a private road through the farmyard so tends not to attract unwelcome visitors.

The park is conveniently located for nearby amenities. There are bus stops on the nearby main road giving a frequent bus service to Southport, Ormskirk and Liverpool. There is a large Superstore less than a mile away.

We are in the British Holiday and Home Parks Association, to be a member of which the park has to be run in a proper manner.
